Marybeth Gasman, Ph.D is a Professor of Higher Education in the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania and the Director of the Penn Center for MSIs. Dr. Gasman will discuss her most recent report, co-authored with William Casey Boland, titled, “America’s Public HBCUs: A Four State Comparison of Institutional Capacity and State Funding Priorities”.
Nelson Bowman, III is the director of development at Prairie View A&M University. As the chief development officer, he is responsible for managing major gift prospects, donor stewardship initiatives and the University’s internal school-based fundraising program.
